Grievance Defined. A grievance is defined as an alleged breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. It is the desire of the parties to this Agreement that grievances be adjusted informally wherever possible and at the first level of supervision.
Grievance Defined. A. A grievance shall be defined as a claim by an employee or group of employees adversely affected by an alleged violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of the Memorandum of Understanding, department-wide policy or practice or County rules, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, or side letters of agreement applicable to the employee except the following issues that provide their own means of administrative review:
Grievance Defined. (a) A grievance means any difference or dispute between the Employer and any Employee(s), or the union.

A grievance shall be defined as any dispute between the Union and the District or an employee (or employees) and the District, relating to actions (or inactions) of the District in its application, meaning, interpretation, or enforcement of this MOU, and excludes those items which are excluded from the grievance procedure and/or for which the decision of the General Manager is final. Performance evaluations are not subject to the grievance procedure.

Grievance Defined. A grievance is defined as any alleged breach by the Employer of any express term of this Agreement. If any such grievance arises, it shall be submitted to the following procedure. In order to be subject to the following procedure, any grievance must be submitted at the first applicable step within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date when the employee or the Union was aware, or reasonably should have been aware, that a grievance existed. All grievances not filed within the fourteen (14) day period are deemed waived by the aggrieved party.
Grievance Defined. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be regarded as a grievance and shall be subject to the terms of this grievance procedure.
Grievance Defined. Any complaint, disagreement, or difference of opinion between the Company and the Union or the Owner Operators and Employees covered by this agreement which concerns the application or interpretation of the terms and provisions of this agreement, shall be considered a grievance.
Grievance Defined. A “grievance” is a complaint by a teacher, groups of teachers, or the Association involving the violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of any of the provisions of this Agreement.
Grievance Defined. A grievance is any unresolved question or dispute based upon the misinterpretation, misapplication or violation of this Contract.
