DEFINITIONS

Reattachment or Subsequent Attachment Following Removal. After Applicant’s facilities have been properly removed pursuant to the provisions of this article, neither the removed facilities nor replacement facilities shall be attached to SWBT’s poles or placed in SWBT’s conduit system until Applicant has first submitted new applications for the facilities and complied with the provisions of this Agreement.

Reattachment or Subsequent Attachment Following Removal. After CLEC’s facilities have been properly removed pursuant to the provisions of this article, neither the removed facilities nor replacement facilities shall be attached to SBC MISSOURI’s poles or placed in SBC MISSOURI’s conduit system until CLEC has first submitted new applications for the facilities and complied with the provisions of this Appendix.

Reattachment or Subsequent Attachment Following Removal. After AT&T’s facilities have been properly removed pursuant to the provisions of this article, neither the removed facilities nor replacement facilities shall be attached to SBC NEVADA’s poles or placed in SBC NEVADA’s conduit system until AT&T has first submitted new applications for the facilities and complied with the provisions of this Appendix.

After CLEC’s facilities have been properly removed pursuant to the provisions of this article, neither the removed facilities nor replacement facilities shall be attached to AT&T’s poles or placed in AT&T’s conduit system until CLEC has first submitted new applications for the facilities and complied with the provisions of this Appendix.

Notification of Subsequent Employer Prior to accepting employment with any other person or entity during any period during which Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 5.03 or Section 5.04, Executive shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to Employer in accordance with Section 6.05.
