Responsibility for the Condition of Facilities. Each party will be responsible at all times for the condition of its facilities (including but not limited to those extending from SWBT’s poles, ducts, conduits, or rights-of-way directly to any other location) and for its compliance with the requirements and specifications of this article and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.
