Rebates, Kickbacks and Reciprocal Arrangements. (a) No rebates or give-ups may be received by the Sponsor nor may the Sponsor participate in any reciprocal business arrangements which would circumvent the NASAA Omnibus Guidelines or the provisions contained in this Agreement. (b) The Sponsor may only pay underwriting compensation to a registered broker-dealer or other properly licensed Person.
