Service Quality The Transfer Agent shall maintain a quality control process designed to provide a consistent level of quality and timeliness for its call center, correspondence services and transaction processing.
WARRANTY/QUALITY Unless a longer warranty is called for elsewhere in the Contract, Contractor, manufacturer, or their assigned agents shall guarantee the workmanship, product or Services performed against defective workmanship, defects or failures of materials for a minimum period of one (1) year from District’s written approval of the Work.
