Common use of Recall of Licensed Non Clause in Contracts

Recall of Licensed Non. Classroom Personnel shall be based upon seniority, provided that the recalled employee is certified and qualified for the vacancy to which he/she is recalled. Laid off Licensed Non-Classroom Personnel shall only be subject to recall for three years from the effective date of their layoff.
