Common use of Receipt and Delivery Point measurement Clause in Contracts

Receipt and Delivery Point measurement. (a) Subject to clauses 10.2, 16.2 and 16.3 and subject to satisfactory equipment being in operation at the relevant Receipt Point or Delivery Point at the Start Date, the Service Provider must supply, install, operate and maintain the Measuring Equipment at the Shipper's expense.
