Common use of RECEIPT AND REVIEW OF SERVICES Clause in Contracts

RECEIPT AND REVIEW OF SERVICES. Services provided under this Master Contract are subject to Purchaser’s reasonable review and approval. Purchaser reserves the right to reject and refuse acceptance of services that are not in accordance with this Master Contract and Purchaser’s Purchaser Order. If there are any apparent issues or discrepancies in the services at the time of review, Purchaser will promptly notify Contractor. At Purchaser’s option, and without limiting any other rights, Purchase may require Contractor to correct or replace, at Contractor’s expense, any or all of the incorrect services.
