Common use of Receipt of Materials Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Materials. The Customer shall establish prior to the Effective Date and be responsible during the Term of this Agreement for the maintenance (including payment of all associated third party charges) of: (a) all infrastructure required to receive the Materials from ICE, as detailed in the Specification; and (b) the best available security practices and systems applicable to the use of the Materials in accordance with the Purpose and which are necessary to enforce the Use Restrictions and prevent unauthorised access, copying, modification, storage, reproduction, display or distribution of the Materials.
