Common use of Receipt of Notice; Change of Information Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Notice; Change of Information. Each notice, request, or other communication required or permitted under this Agreement is deemed to have been received by the Party to whom it was addressed (1) when delivered if delivered personally; (2) on the third business day after the date of mailing if mailed by certified mail; or (3) on the date the courier officially records it as having been delivered if delivered by courier. Each Party may change its contact information for purposes of this Agreement by giving written notice to the other Party in the manner set forth above.
