Response Time Statistical Data. Within 10 days following the last day of each calendar month, Contractor will ensure that response compliance reports from the County EMS data warehouse contractor are available in a computer readable format approved by the EMS Director and suitable for statistical analysis for all ambulance responses originating from requests to the County’s PSAP centers. These records are to include the following data elements:
Response Time Statistical Data a. Within 10 working days following the last day of each month, Xxxxxxx shall provide ambulance response time records to the County in a computer readable format approved by the EMS Coordinator and suitable for statistical analysis for all ambulance responses originating from requests to the County’s dispatch center. Such records shall include the following data elements.
Response Time Statistical Data. Franchisee shall ensure that Ambulance response time records are available to City and the Fire Department’s medical director in a computer readable format approved by City and are suitable for statistical analysis for all Ambulance responses originating from requests within the FSA. The records shall, at a minimum, include the data elements identified in section 1(A) of this Exhibit A.
Response Time Statistical Data. Within 10 working days following the last day of each month, Contractor shall provide ambulance dispatch records to County in computer readable format specified by the Contract Manager for all ambulance responses originating from requests by County designated Communications Centers. Said records shall include the data elements identified in Exhibit F, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
