Receipt of Requests for Exclusion. The Settlement Administrator shall receive requests for exclusion from persons in the Settlement Class and provide to Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel a copy thereof within five (5) days of the Objection/Exclusion Deadline. If the Settlement Administrator receives any requests for exclusion or other requests from Settlement Class Members after the deadline for the submission of requests for exclusion, the Settlement Administrator shall promptly provide copies thereof to Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel.

The Settlement Administrator will provide to Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel the number of requests for exclusions and a copy of each request for exclusion, from which all contact information besides the unique notice control numbers, the first letter of the first name, and the first three letters of the last name of such persons have been redacted, within five (5) days after the Objection/Exclusion Deadline. If the Settlement Administrator receives any requests for exclusion or other requests after the Objection/Exclusion Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall promptly provide copies thereof, from which all contact information besides the unique notice control numbers, the first letter of the first name, and the first three letters of the last name of such persons have been redacted, to Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel.
