Receipt of Requests for Exclusion. The Settlement Administrator shall receive requests for exclusion from persons in the Settlement Class and provide to Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel a copy thereof upon request and also within five (5) days of the Objection/Exclusion Deadline. If the Settlement Administrator receives any requests for exclusion or other requests from Settlement Class Members after the Objection/Exclusion Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall promptly provide copies thereof to Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel.
