Common use of Receipt of Wages and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Wages and Benefits. Except as stated above, Employee agrees that Employee has received all wages and compensation, including but not limited to overtime compensation, due to the Employee. Employee is not entitled to any other payments of any kind, including to the payments and benefits Employee is receiving under this Agreement, except as a result of the Employee’s agreement to the terms herein. Employee agrees that those payments and benefits are sufficient consideration for this Agreement.

Except Employee understands and acknowledges that except as stated aboveotherwise specifically provided under this Agreement, Employee agrees is entitled to no payments or any other benefits from Company. Employee acknowledges that Employee has received all wages and compensationfor work performed, including but not limited to overtime compensation, bonuses, commissions, vacation pay and all other benefits and compensation due to the Employee. Employee is not entitled to any other payments by virtue of any kind, including to the payments and benefits Employee is receiving under this Agreement, except as a result of the Employee’s agreement to Employment with and termination of employment with the terms hereinCompany up through the Effective Date.
