Receipt of Wages and Benefits. Employee understands and acknowledges that except as otherwise specifically provided under this Agreement, Employee is entitled to no payments or any other benefits from Company. Employee acknowledges that Employee has received all wages for work performed, overtime compensation, bonuses, commissions, vacation pay and all other benefits and compensation due to Employee by virtue of Employee’s Employment with and termination of employment with the Company up through the Effective Date. 5.
