Receipt Point Saltwater Quality Specifications. Saltwater delivered by Producer to each Receipt Point shall meet the following specifications (collectively, the “Saltwater Quality Specifications”): (a) temperature of not more than [***] degrees Fahrenheit at the Receipt Point; (b) total suspended solids of not more than [***] percent; and (c) free of hazardous wastes and other substances that may not be received into or transferred through the Gathering System, transported by truck or disposed of into the Disposal Xxxxx in accordance with Applicable Laws and Permits and Gatherer’s operational standards.
