Common use of Receipts and Deliveries Clause in Contracts

In respect of a Path, the Service Providers are not obliged on any Day to: (a) receive at the Receipt Point (inclusive of any Gas for correcting Imbalances and System Use Gas); or (b) deliver at the Delivery Point, a quantity of Gas that is greater than the Operational MDQ for that Path.
