Discharge Rate a. The maximum amount of untreated wastewater to be discharged into Berkeley Heights system is hereby fixed at an amount not to exceed gallons per day (GPD), in any given 24-hour period. Further, the flow rate shall not exceed __________ GPM in any 24-hour period. The following are the anticipated flow rates listed in gallons per day (GPD): Flow Rate Duration ________ GPD per day ________ GPM instantaneous Total Duration: 24 hours per day, 365 day per year b. In the event of a capacity exceedance and in addition to any other fines or damages, User shall pay a fine of $5,000 to the Township for each 24-hour period in which the exceedance occurs.
