Receipts and Statements. You can receive or have the option to receive a receipt at ATMs, from a banker at a branch, online through xxxxx.xxx, and at merchant locations each time you make a transaction. However, for certain small dollar transactions at merchant locations, you may not receive a receipt. See Statements and notices for information about periodic statements. To confirm that you have received a direct deposit, review your balance and recent transactions through xxxxx.xxx, Chase Mobile, at an ATM, or call us.
Receipts and Statements a. Sales receipts shall be made available to the Cardholder at all points-of-sale with the exception of preauthorized services (See Section 3).

Pre-Authorized Credits If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your Account at least once every 60 days from the same person or company, the person or company making the deposit will tell you every time they send us the money. You can call us at (000) 000-0000 or (000) 000-0000 to find out whether or not the deposit has been made. If you have arranged to have direct deposits, you will get a monthly statement from us. Periodic Statements Under National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) operating rules, which are applicable to all ACH transactions involving your account, we are not required to and will not give next day notice to you of the receipt of an ACH item. We will continue to notify you of the receipt of payments in your periodic statement. You will get a monthly Account statement from us for your checking Accounts and for savings Accounts if there are electronic fund transfers during the month. In any case you will get savings Account statements at least quarterly.
Receipts and Statements. If the point-of-sale terminal is equipped to provide receipts, the Cardholder will either receive a receipt as a matter of course, or upon request. It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that the receipt is correct. An activity statement listing all transactions will be generated upon request at the College of Charleston Cougar Card Office. A mini statement with current balance and 60 days of transaction history is available via MyCharleston.
Receipts and Statements. Cardholders are not sent statements of itemized transactions from a ZOO Gift Card account. You can check the balance of your ZOO Gift Card by following the links on our website or going to xxxxx.xxx to set up your account. When you use your ZOO Gift Card, you will be provided with a receipt but will not be asked to sign the receipt. The receipt will indicate that the purchase was made using a ZOO Gift Card. You should retain your receipts from each transaction in order to ensure that your account balance is correct. You will need to produce your receipt in the event of a balance dispute.
