POS Transactions definition

POS Transactions means the transaction of purchasing goods or services by using the Card.
POS Transactions. The Card may be used to purchase goods or services from any third party merchant that accepts Visa debit cards (“POS Transactions”). Cardholder(s) may also get “cash back” from participating third party merchants. All such POS Transactions will debit the Primary Account indicated on the Card Application.

  • If currency conversions on this basis are not acceptable to You, You agree that You will not transact in foreign currency on Your Account, including withdrawing foreign currency from ATMs, POS Transactions in foreign currency, by use of Direct Services or Mobile Payment Services for Small Business or delivering any Instrument or processing any Transaction to Us for deposit in a currency other than the currency of Your Account.

  • The Citibank ATM/Debit Card terms and conditions apply to your operation of the CRC account using the CRC Card or the ATM/Debit Card by such means and manner as we may avail to you from time to time including via the ATM or using the POS Transactions functionality.

  • The Citibank ATM/Debit Card terms and conditions apply to your operation of the CUC account using the CRC Card or the ATM/Debit Card by such means and manner as we may avail to you from time to time including via the ATM or using the POS Transactions functionality.

  • The designated Dealer/Provider Representatives must have successfully undergone training by Home Credit to process POS Transactions.

  • The available balance in your Account will be reduced by the amount of POS Transaction from which a merchant receives authorization from us, even if the documentation evidencing such POS Transactions has not yet been received and processed by us.

  • For the Cloud Service, Transactions are the total number of line items of any transaction type managed by the Cloud Service (e.g., Bank Transactions, POS Transactions, Credit Card Transactions, Journal Entry Lines, etc.).

  • We shall not be liable to you for dishonor of checks or failure to authorize subsequent POS Transactions at any time that a prior POS Transaction we have authorized has not yet been processed.

  • Among other things, employees should have access to a generous supply of disposable masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.

Related to POS Transactions

  • Card Transactions means the value of goods and services purchased by means of the Card, and evidenced by sales receipt, or cash withdrawals effected with his Card, or at any point of sale.

  • Contactless Transaction means a Transaction that is authorised by you touching or holding your Card or linked device against or near a POS Terminal without the need to insert your Card.

  • Business Transaction means any initial merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses involving the Company.

  • Acquisition Transactions means the transactions contemplated by the Acquisition Agreement.

  • Pawn transaction means the same as that term is defined in Section 13-32a-102.

  • Excluded Transactions means:

  • Restructuring Transactions means the transactions described in Article IV.B of the Plan.

  • Formation Transactions means the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Formation Transaction Documentation.

  • M&A Transaction means (a) a transaction in which all or substantially all of the assets to which the subject matter of this Agreement relates are acquired by or assigned to party that is not an Affiliate, or (b) a sale of all or substantially all of the share capital of BioLine (or its Affiliates), (c) the merger of BioLine (or its Affiliates) with any other entity, or any other similar corporate action, except an internal reorganization of BioLine (or its Affiliates) for tax-related reasons otherwise.

  • NIMS Transaction As defined in the tenth Recital to this Agreement.

  • Card Transaction means any purchase of goods and/or services or any transfer or cash advances effected by the use of a Card;

  • FICASH III Transaction means a repurchase transaction in which the Repurchase Date is the Banking Day next following the Sale Date and for which securities issued by the government of the United States of America that are direct obligations of the government of the United States of America shall constitute Eligible Securities.

  • FICASH II Transaction means a repurchase transaction in which the Repurchase Date is the Banking Day next following the Sale Date and for which one or more of the following two categories of securities, as specified by the Funds, shall constitute Eligible Securities: (x) securities issued by the government of the United States of America that are direct obligations of the government of the United States of America, or (y) securities issued by or guaranteed as to principal and interest by the government of the United States of America, or by its agencies and/or instrumentalities, including, but not limited to, the Federal Home Loan Bank, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., Government National Mortgage Association, Federal National Mortgage Association, Federal Farm Credit Bank, Federal Intermediate Credit Bank, Banks for Cooperatives, and Federal Land Banks.

  • Separation Transactions means the Contribution, the Distribution and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Separation Step Plan.

  • SPAC Transaction means a transaction or series of related transactions by merger, consolidation, share exchange or otherwise of the Company with a publicly traded “special purpose acquisition company” or its subsidiary (collectively, a “SPAC”), immediately following the consummation of which the common stock or share capital of the SPAC or its successor entity is listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or another exchange or marketplace approved by the Board of Directors, including a majority of the Preferred Directors.

  • Reorganization Transactions shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Certain Transactions, Description of Capital Stock," "Shares Eligible for Future Sale" and "Underwriters" and (B) in the Registration Statement in Items 14 and 15, in each case insofar as such statements constitute summaries of the legal matters, documents or proceedings referred to therein, fairly present the information called for with respect to such legal matters, documents and proceedings and fairly summarize the matters referred to therein;

  • Merger Transactions means the Merger and the other transactions relating thereto or contemplated by the Merger Agreement.

  • Roll-Up Transaction means a transaction involving the acquisition, merger, conversion or consolidation either directly or indirectly of the Company and the issuance of securities of a Roll-Up Entity to the holders of Common Shares. Such term does not include:

  • ACH Transactions means any cash management or related services (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic fund transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) provided by a Bank Product Provider for the account of Borrower or its Subsidiaries.

  • Void Transaction means any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

  • Financing Transactions means the execution, delivery and performance by each Loan Party of the Loan Documents to which it is to be a party, the borrowing of Loans, the use of the proceeds thereof and the issuance of Letters of Credit hereunder.

  • Factoring Transaction means any transaction or series of transactions that may be entered into by the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary pursuant to which the Issuer or such Restricted Subsidiary may sell, convey, assign or otherwise transfer Receivables Assets (which may include a backup or precautionary grant of security interest in such Receivables Assets so sold, conveyed, assigned or otherwise transferred or purported to be so sold, conveyed, assigned or otherwise transferred) to any Person that is not a Restricted Subsidiary; provided that any such Person that is a Subsidiary meets the qualifications in clauses (1) through (3) of the definition of “Receivables Subsidiary.”

  • Closing Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 11.8(a) of these Bylaws.

  • De Minimis Transaction means a transaction in an equity security (or an equivalent security) which is equal to or less than 300 shares, or is a fixed-income security (or an equivalent security) which is equal to or less than $15,000 principal amount. Purchases and sales, as the case may be, in the same security or an equivalent security within 30 days will be aggregated for purposes of determining if the transaction meets the definition of a De Minimis Transaction.

  • Restructuring Transaction means a tax free distribution under section 355 of the internal revenue code and includes tax free transactions under section 355 of the internal revenue code that are commonly referred to as spin offs, split ups, split offs, or type D reorganizations.
