The Receivable has not been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded nor has the underlying collateral, if any, securing the related Contract been released from the lien of such Receivable in whole or in part, other than in connection with a substitution of similar collateral in accordance with customary procedures, and no Regional Management Entity has done nothing to impair the rights of the Secured Parties therein.
