Receivable Obligations. The Seller has duly fulfilled all obligations to be fulfilled on its part under or in connection with the origination, acquisition and assignment of the Receivables. To the best of the Seller's knowledge, no notice to or consent from any Obligor is necessary to effect the acquisition of the Receivables by the Indenture Trustee.
