Receival standards and classification. All wheat that is to be received at a Port Terminal and stored for export by the Company for the Client must comply with the Receival (Classification) Standards. If such wheat has characteristics for which a receival standard is neither published nor agreed, the Company may refuse to receive that wheat. The Company will make current Commodity Classification Manual available to the Client via xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx.
