Common use of Receive Federal and State Grants and Private Funds Clause in Contracts

Receive Federal and State Grants and Private Funds. The Commission is hereby authorized to act as an agency to receive federal and state grants; other grants; or loans on behalf of the members, or funds from private organizations for all planning and development programs and projects which are specifically intended to accomplish the purposes under the Interlocal Cooperation Act and the goals of the Commission.
