  • Vehicle Allowance During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive from the Company a vehicle allowance of $1,000 per month, subject to future increases as may be granted to senior executives.

Insofar as the Collateral consists of accounts, general intangibles, insurance policies, instruments, chattel paper, choses in action, or similar property, Lender may demand, collect, receipt for, settle, compromise, adjust, xxx for, foreclose, or realize on the Collateral as Lender may determine, whether or not Indebtedness or Collateral is then due. For these purposes, Lender may, on behalf of and in the name of Grantor, receive, open and dispose of mail addressed to Grantor; change any address to which mail and payments are to be sent; and endorse notes, checks, drafts, money orders, documents of title, instruments and items pertaining to payment, shipment, or storage of any Collateral. To facilitate collection, Lender may notify account debtors and obligors on any Collateral to make payments directly to Lender.

  • Customer Remittances Obligors of the Receivables will be directed by AmeriCredit to forward their remittances to Processor at a post office address (the “Lockbox”) assigned by Processor. Processor, acting for the exclusive benefit of the Trustee, shall have unrestricted and exclusive access to the mail directed to this address. AmeriCredit agrees to notify Processor thirty (30) days in advance of any change in Obligor remittance statements and/or mailing schedule.

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

  • Lease Payments No Borrower will, or will permit any Subsidiary to, directly or indirectly, incur or assume (whether pursuant to a Guarantee or otherwise) any liability for rental payments except in the Ordinary Course of Business.

  • Reimbursement from Third Party Payors The accounts receivable of Holdings, the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries have been and will continue to be adjusted to reflect the reimbursement policies required by all applicable Requirements of Law and other Third Party Payor Arrangements to which Holdings, the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary is subject, and do not exceed in any material respect amounts the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary is entitled to receive under any capitation arrangement, fee schedule, discount formula, cost-based reimbursement or other adjustment or limitation to usual charges. All xxxxxxxx by Holdings, the Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary pursuant to any Third Party Payor Arrangements have been made in compliance with all applicable Requirements of Law, except where failure to comply would not, individually or in the aggregate, be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect. There has been no intentional or material over-billing or over-collection by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary pursuant to any Third Party Payor Arrangements, other than as created by routine adjustments and disallowances made in the ordinary course of business by the Third Party Payors with respect to such xxxxxxxx.

  • Monthly Base Rent On each Due Date, each Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the Monthly Base Rents that have accrued during the Related Month with respect to all Vehicles that were leased by such Lessee under this Operating Lease on any day during the Related Month;
