Authorization to Credit Your Account. All transfers of money to you shall be performed by a Network Financial Institution at the direction of that Network Financial Institution’s customer and at all times subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant service agreement between that Network Financial Institution and its customer, including without limitation any restrictions or prohibitions on permissible transactions. Once a User initiates a Zelle transfer of money to your email address, mobile phone number, or Zelle tag enrolled with the Zelle Payment Service, you have no ability to stop the transfer. By using a P2P Service, you authorize us to initiate credit entries to the Eligible Account you have enrolled. If another person wants to initiate a Payment Instruction via Zelle (including in response to a Zelle Payment Request, if applicable) using the Zelle Payment Service to an Eligible Account you hold, he/she can do that from his/her Eligible Account at a financial institution that participates in the Zelle Payment Service or at a Zelle Standalone Location. If you as a Requestor want to initiate a Zelle Payment Request, you can do that from the Zelle Payment Service application in our Online Banking Service website or within our mobile banking application or at a Zelle Standalone Location. If you are receiving a payment from a business or government agency, your payment will be delivered in accordance with both this Agreement and the procedures of the business or government agency that is sending you the payment.

  • Others Using Your Account If you allow anyone else to use your account, you will be liable for all credit extended to such persons. You promise to pay for all purchases and advances made by anyone you authorize to use your account, whether or not you notify us that he or she will be using it. If someone else is authorized to use your account and you want to end that person's privilege, you must notify us in writing, and if he or she has a Card, you must return that Card with your written notice for it to be effective.
