Recipient Will Not Start Construction On Any Project Until Recipient Provides Evidence To The Province. That Notice Of Project Has Been Given To Identified Aboriginal Groups. Despite anything else in this Agreement, the Recipient will not commence or allow a third party to commence construction on any aspect of any Project in which Funds are directed for forty-five (45) Business Days, or such other longer or shorter time as the Province may direct, after it has provided the Province with written evidence that the Recipient has sent notice about any Project in which Funds are directed to the Aboriginal Groups the Province has identified in accordance with Schedule “G” of this Agreement. ARTICLE A5 Recipient’s Acquisition Of Goods and Services and Disposal of Assets
