General Federal Requirements 1. Grantee shall use such fiscal control and fund accounting procedures necessary to ensure the proper disbursement of, and accounting for, federal funds paid to the applicant under each such program.
Services and Information for Persons with Limited English Proficiency A. Grantee shall take reasonable steps to provide services and information both orally and in writing, in appropriate languages other than English, to ensure that persons with limited English proficiency are effectively informed and can have meaningful access to programs, benefits and activities. Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:
Provide Data In Compliance With State and Federal Law LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the Service Agreement in compliance with FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and all other Texas privacy statutes cited in this DPA as these laws and regulations apply to the contracted services. The LEA shall not be required to provide Data in violation of applicable laws. Operator may not require LEA or users to waive rights under applicable laws in connection with use of the Services.
