Common use of Reciprocal Transport Charges Clause in Contracts

Reciprocal Transport Charges. Each Party is solely responsible for the provision of transport facilities necessary for the carriage of interchanged traffic between its POI and points within its own network and for all costs of delivering traffic to its POI; provided, however, that Citizens shall have no responsibility for delivering traffic to a POI located at any point outside of a Citizens local exchange area as defined by the state regulatory bodies.
