Recitals and Section Headings. 32.1 The terms of this Agreement are contractual, not a mere recital, and are the result of joint negotiations between, and joint drafting by, the Parties, and are therefore not to be construed in favor of or against either Party. All recitals are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
