RECLASSIFICATION AND STATEMENT OF DUTIES. 20.01 If, during the term of this Agreement, a new classification standard is established and implemented by the Employer, the Employer shall, before applying rates of pay to the new levels resulting from the application of the standard, negotiate with the Institute the rates of pay and the rules affecting the pay of employees on their movement to the new levels. 20.02 Upon written request, an employee shall be provided with a complete and current statement of the duties and responsibilities of his position, including the classification level and, where applicable, the point rating allotted by factor to his position, and an organization chart depicting the position’s place in the organization.
