Review of a classification decision. If the committee cannot agree on a classification decision, the review request, as well as the parties’ arguments, will be heard by an evaluation specialist chosen by the parties. At the request of either party, verbal presentations may be made. The neutral third party will render a decision in writing within thirty (30) working days from the date of reception of the revision request. The employee who is dissatisfied with this decision may file a grievance in accordance with Article 37.
Review of a classification decision a) The employee or Le Syndicat shall submit the request in writing to the Government Film Commissioner, or his/her appointed representative. The Commissioner, if he/she deems it appropriate, may appoint a committee to examine the request. He/she shall render a decision and shall inform the employee or Le Syndicat thereof.
