Reclassification Applications. The practice of reclassification applications and review (including grievance) upon successfully completing the state certificate criteria, shall be continued for income maintenance employees. However, the parties agree to enter into negotiations during the life of the Agreement, up to and including arbitration under section 111.70 of the Wisconsin Statutes, over the issue of classification.
