– RECLASSIFICATION FOLLOWING CANCELLATION DUE TO INACTIVITY. If a Market Partner’s Agreement is cancelled due to any of the aforementioned reasons and he or she is on the Company’s Market Partner Flexship program, the Flexship Agreement shall remain in force and the former Market Partner shall be reclassified as a VIP Customer. 10.3 INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION a) Cease business operations; b) Dissolve as a corporate entity; or c) Terminate the distribution its products via direct selling.
