Cancellation Due to Inactivity. Market Partners who personally produce less than $200.00 of Personal Volume for any pay period will not receive a commission for the sales generated through their Marketing Organization for that pay period. If a Market Partner fails to renew their agreement each year by paying the annual fee, then their account will be cancelled and any downline and customers they have will be compressed to the cancelled Market Partner’s next upline.
Cancellation Due to Inactivity. If you are Inactive in a Brand for any consecutive three-calendar-month period, your Current status for that Brand will be removed from your Account – a Brand Cancellation. If you do not maintain Current status in at least one Brand, your Account will be cancelled altogether – an Account Cancellation – due to Inactivity. Account and Brand Cancellations due to Inactivity are effective on the first day of the month immediately following the three-calendar-month period of Inactivity.
Cancellation Due to Inactivity. In order to be considered Active you must maintain a $10 monthly sales quota. If you are not Active, your account with Party Time Mixes will be cancelled and you will lose your downline (if any exist). Party Time Mixes will provide written confirmation of the cancellation. You will be welcome to come back anytime as long as you are in good standing with the Party Time Mixes company. Consultants with toxic behavior are not welcomed back. Party Time Mixes reserves the right to reject requests to come back as a consultant!

Cancellation Due to Inactivity. A LifeVantage Consultant has the responsibility to lead their Marketing Organization with the proper example in personal production of sales to end consumer customers. Without this proper example and leadership, the LifeVantage Consultant will lose their right to receive Financial Distributions from sales generated through their Marketing Organization when the LifeVantage Consultant fails to meet the 150 Sales Volume Requirement for any commission period. Cancellation Due to Inactivity. 10.2.1- Failure to Meet Commissionable Volume (CV) Quota If a Jump Executive fails to personally generate at least 100 CV for 12 consecutive months, his or her Agreement shall be canceled for inactivity.
Cancellation Due to Inactivity. Accounts that do not generate sales resulting in 150 points or more in PRV in at least one calendar month within any contiguous three-calendar month period will be cancelled for inactivity. Cancellation for failing to meet these sales requirements will become effective on the first day of the month immediately following the three month period. In order to meet such PRV requirements, you must be able to demonstrate that you have complied with Section 11.1 of this Agreement.
Cancellation Due to Inactivity. If an Affiliate has not earned a commission (a minimum monthly requirement of $49.99 sales volume) for six consecutive months (and thus become “inactive”), his or her Affiliate Agreement shall be canceled for inactivity.

For example, if your PCV for the month of May is 250 or more, your account will remain active for the next three months; June, July, and August.
