Common use of Reclassification of a Party Clause in Contracts

Reclassification of a Party. A Party may change its classification only upon mutual written consent of all Parties. Consent of the Parties shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The Parties recognize that a reclassification may require a change to the terms set forth and agreed to in this Funding Agreement.
