RECOGNITION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE UNIT. Section 1. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for those covered employees in CWA District 3. The term covered employee and/or employees as used in this Agreement shall mean, those employees within the job titles set forth in Appendix A, but excluding Outside Premise Sale Representatives and all employees exempt by the National Labor Relations Act.
