RECOGNITION EXCLUSIONS. 1.01 The employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of the office clerical employees of the Employer for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to wages, hours and all other working conditions. For the purpose of this agreement, the term “employees” shall not include and the union shall not accept for membership, direct representatives or agents of the Employer such as the President, Financial-Secretary-Treasurer, Maintenance employees, National Union Representative assigned to the employer, except in the event that in future a member or members of the Union should become a National Representative or paid official of the National Union.
