Common use of Recognition of Expenses Chargeable to the Counterpart Resources Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Expenses Chargeable to the Counterpart Resources. The Bank may recognize, as part of the local contribution, expenditures incurred or which may be incurred in the Program, on or after September 25, 2009 and up to the date of this Agreement, provided that requirements substantially similar to those set forth in this Agreement have been fulfilled.

Recognition of Expenses Chargeable to the Counterpart Resources. The Bank may recognize, recognize as part of the local contribution, contribution expenditures incurred or which may be incurred in the Program, Program on or after September June 25, 2009 2012, and up to the date of this Agreement, provided that requirements substantially similar to those set forth in this Agreement have been fulfilled.

The Bank may recognize, recognize as part of the local contributionCounterpart Resources of the Project, expenditures incurred or which may be incurred in the Program, Project on or after September 25December 13, 2009 2013, and up to the effective date of this Agreement, provided that requirements substantially similar to those set forth in this Agreement have been fulfilled.
