Common use of Recognition of Expenses Chargeable to the Counterpart Resources Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Expenses Chargeable to the Counterpart Resources. The Bank may recognize as part of the Counterpart Resources for the Project expenditures incurred or which may be incurred in the Project on or after March 7, 2013, and up to the effective date of this Agreement, provided that requirements substantially similar to those set forth in this Agreement have been fulfilled.

Recognition of Expenses Chargeable to the Counterpart Resources. The Bank may recognize recognize, as part of the Counterpart Resources for the Project Resources, expenditures incurred or which may be incurred in the Project Program on or after March 7December 14, 20132011, and up to the effective date of this Agreement, provided that requirements substantially similar to those set forth in this Agreement herein have been fulfilled.

Recognition of Expenses Chargeable to the Counterpart Resources. The Bank may recognize as part of the Counterpart Resources for the Project expenditures incurred or which may be incurred in the Project on or after March 7November 24, 20132014, and up to the effective date of this Agreement, provided that requirements substantially similar to those set forth in this Agreement have been fulfilled.

The Bank may recognize as part of the Counterpart Resources for the Project expenditures incurred or which may be incurred in the Project on or after March 715, 2013, and up to the effective date of this Agreement, provided that requirements substantially similar to those set forth in this Agreement have been fulfilled.

The Bank may recognize as part of the Counterpart Resources for the Project expenditures incurred or which may be incurred in the Project on or after March 7October 16, 20132012, and up to the effective date of this Agreement, provided that requirements substantially similar to those set forth in this Agreement have been fulfilled.
