RECOGNITION OF JURISDICTIONS. This Agreement covers the rate of pay, rules and working conditions of all Employees engaged in but not limited to, the application and removal of roofing, re-roofing, damproofing and waterproofing on any and all types of structure with materials of the following de- scription when used for roofing re-roofing or in a roof- ing system, waterproofing and damproofing.
