RECOGNITION OF MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES. The CTA recognizes the responsibility and the right of the Board to manage and operate the school district, in accordance with its responsibilities and commitments. The right to assign duties and to manage and direct employees in a fair and reasonable manner is vested exclusively in the Board except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement or applicable legislation.
