Recommendation for Award of Contract. 1. Evaluation of Bids CCO shall review all of the information submitted by bidders to determine a recommendation to the Director of Transportation for award of the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bidder shall cooperate with CCO if a request for additional information is made during this evaluation process (e.g. supplying copies of subcontractors’ or suppliers bid quotations).

The order of importance for the factors will be identified in the RFP for the specified task order.
