Common use of RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CHARGEE OR CHARGOR Clause in Contracts

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CHARGEE OR CHARGOR. The security, liabilities and obligations created by this Charge shall continue to be valid and binding for all purposes whatsoever notwithstanding any change by amalgamation reconstruction or otherwise which may be made in the constitution of the Chargee or the Chargor, or both, and it is expressly declared that no change whatsoever in relation to or affecting the Chargee or the Chargor, or both, shall in any way affect the security, liabilities and obligations created hereunder in relation to any transaction whatsoever whether past present or future.
