RECORD KEEPING AND INSPECTION OF SOFTWARE. SourceFile shall maintain complete written records of all materials deposited by Depositor pursuant to this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, Depositor shall be entitled at reasonable times during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice to SourceFile to inspect the records of SourceFile maintained pursuant to this Agreement and to inspect the facilities of SourceFile and the physical condition of the Source Material.
