Common use of Record Maintenance/Retention Clause in Contracts

Record Maintenance/Retention. Maintain adequate program and fiscal records and files, including source documentation, to support program activities and all expenditures made under the terms of this Agreement, as required. The Grantee must assure that all terms of the Agreement will be appropriately adhered to and that records and detailed documentation for the grant project or grant program identified in this Agreement will be maintained for a period of not less than four years from the date of termination, the date of submission of the final expenditure report or until litigation and audit findings have been resolved.
