Record of Activities and Self. Evaluation Each faculty member in each Unit, shall submit a Record of Activities (ROA) annually. The ROA will include information about work in areas relevant to contract renewal, promotion, and tenure, as reflected in this Agreement. Each faculty member will submit the ROA to his Academic Supervisor who will consider the information prior to preparing the annual written evaluation. In addition, a copy of the completed ROA must be appended to the Academic Supervisor’s evaluative summary and included in the faculty member’s personnel file.

  • Scope of Activities Transmission planning activities will be coordinated in accordance with the Amended and Restated Northeast ISO/RTO Planning Coordination Protocol (“Protocol”), between and among PJM Interconnection, L.L.C., the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. and ISO New England Inc., effective as of December 12, 2004 as amended on July 10, 2013.

  • Description of Activities The objectives of the activities (Activities) to be financed under this Trust Fund are to contribute to: (a) enhanced capacity for effective policy formulation in the countries of grant recipients of the African Capacity Building Foundation (variously, “ACBF” or “Recipient”); and (b) improvements in the management of ACBF’s operations. Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

  • Patent Filing Responsibilities and Costs 1. The invention and patent rights herein apply to any patent application or patents covering an invention made under this Agreement. Each Party is responsible for its own costs of obtaining and maintaining patents covering sole inventions of its employees. The Parties may agree otherwise, upon the reporting of any invention (sole or joint) or in any license granted.

  • Association Activities The parties agree employees shall have the right to form, join, and participate in the lawful activities of the Association for the purpose of representation in matters of employment relations. No employee shall be interfered with, restrained, coerced, or discriminated against because of the exercise of such rights.

The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.
