Regulated Activities definition

Regulated Activities means the activities described in section 2 of the Law when carried on by way of business and not exempt from regulation under any provision of section 3 of the Law;
Regulated Activities has the same meaning as defined in the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (and any subsequent amendment or re-enactment thereof);
Regulated Activities means any of the following activities which are directly undertaken or originate in a regulated wetland or its buffer:

More Definitions of Regulated Activities

Regulated Activities means the functions of a water undertaker or a sewerage undertaker, as the case may be, and, for the avoidance of doubt, references to the functions of a water undertaker shall include references to the duties imposed on a water undertaker, and the functions of a sewerage undertaker shall include references to the duties imposed on a sewerage undertaker;
