Common use of Record of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Record of Collateral. Maintain at its chief executive office a current record of where all Collateral is located and permit Secured Party or its representatives to inspect and make copies from such records pursuant to the Loan Agreement and furnish to Secured Party, from time to time, such documents, lists, descriptions, certificates, and other information necessary or helpful to keep Secured Party informed with respect to the identity, location, status, condition, terms of, parties to, and value of the Collateral.
