RECORD OF DETAIL. Details over thirty (30) consecutive days will be documented by a SF-52, Request for Official Personnel Action. Should the requirements of the Agency necessitate detailing an employee to a lower graded position, this will not adversely affect the employee’s salary, classification, or job standing.
