Common use of Record of Non-Collection Clause in Contracts

Record of Non-Collection. When any Franchised Materials placed for Collection are not Collected 495 by the Contractor, the Contractor shall leave a tag listing the reasons for such non-Collection and a 496 telephone number at which the Customer may contact the Contractor. This information shall 497 either be in writing or by means of a checked box on a form.
