RECORD RETENTION REQUIREMENTS. 4.4.1 All records maintained by Contractor shall meet the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for HHS Awards (45 CFR § 75.361 through § 75.370). 4.4.2 Contractor shall maintain all records pertaining to this Agreement for a minimum of three years after submission of the final report.
