Common use of Recordation and Delivery of Funds and Documents Clause in Contracts

Recordation and Delivery of Funds and Documents. When Buyer and Seller have satisfied their respective Closing obligations under Sections 7.2 and 7.3 hereof and each of the conditions under Section 4 hereof have either been satisfied or waived, at the direction of Seller and Buyer or their respective counsels, Escrow Agent shall promptly undertake all of the following in the manner indicated and as more particularly instructed in Buyer’s and Seller’s Closing instructions:

Recordation and Delivery of Funds and Documents. When Buyer Purchaser and Seller have satisfied their respective Closing obligations under Sections 7.2 11.4 and 7.3 11.5 hereof and each of the conditions under Section 4 Sections 10.1 and 10.2 hereof have either been satisfied or waived, at the direction of Seller and Buyer or their respective counsels, Escrow Agent shall promptly undertake all of the following in the manner indicated and as more particularly instructed in BuyerPurchaser’s and Seller’s Closing closing instructions:

When Buyer Purchaser and Seller have satisfied their respective Closing obligations under Sections 7.2 8(b) and 7.3 8(c) hereof and each of the conditions under Section 4 Sections 9(a) and 9(b) hereof have either been satisfied or waived, at the direction of Seller and Buyer or their respective counsels, Escrow Agent shall promptly undertake all of the following in the manner indicated and as more particularly instructed in BuyerPurchaser’s and Seller’s Closing instructionsinstructions to be delivered to Escrow Agent on or before Closing:

When Buyer Purchaser and Seller have satisfied their respective Closing obligations under Sections 7.2 12 and 7.3 13 hereof and each of the conditions under Section 4 Sections 7.7.1 and 7.7.2 hereof have either been satisfied or waived, at the direction of Seller and Buyer or their respective counsels, Escrow Agent Holder shall promptly undertake all of the following in the manner indicated and as more particularly instructed in BuyerPurchaser’s and Seller’s Closing instructions:

When Buyer and Seller have satisfied their respective Closing obligations under Sections 7.2 7.3, 7.4, 7.5 and 7.3 7.6 hereof and each of the conditions under Section 4 Sections 7.2.1 and 7.2.2 hereof have either been satisfied or waived, at the direction of Seller and Buyer or their respective counsels, Escrow Agent Holder shall promptly undertake all of the following in the manner indicated and as more particularly instructed in Buyer’s and Seller’s Closing instructions:
